Pop was preceded in death by his wife: Irene Clemateen "Clem" Mason, White, his parents: Charles & Myrtle, nee Kohlenberger, Mason, his daughter: Virginia A. Mason and 2 children in infancy. Pop is survived by his son: Bob Mason of Dupo, IL., his daughter: Bonnie (Sammie) Story of Cahokia, IL., and his son: Herman (Debbie) Mason of Dupo, IL., his grandchildren: Tammy Powell, Keith, Sammie & David Story, Brian & Matthew Mason, Kim and Tonya Kruse, David & Roy Underwood, Melinda Mitchell, and Melissa Brown, he is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives & friends. He was a US Navy Veteran. Memorials may be made to the Dupo Quarterback Club.
