Robert Earl Kelly's Obituary
March 18, 1952-March 17,2017 Robert Earl Kelly , age 64 of Irvington AL, passed away on March 17,2017. He was a long time resident of Bayou La Batre and Irvington. Robert graduated from Alba High School in 1970. He worked most of his life in the seafood industry and shipyards in Bayou La Batre .He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Lucy Kelly and brother Frankie Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Gayle Kelly; two children Jay Freshour and Robin (Jarrod) Pomes; five grandchildren Tistian Freshour , Bryana Freshour, Hunter Freshour, Kirbow Freshour, and Carter Pomes; three sisters Betty Ray , Anita Zirlott, and Margaret Knowles ;a multitude of nieces and nephews; many friends and his beloved dog Frank . Visitation will be held on Wednesday 22, 2017 from 5-7 PM at Serenity Funeral Home. His funeral services will be on Thursday, March 23,2017 at 10AM at Serenity Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Oldfellows Cemetery. Pastor Mike Smith will officiate.
