Ron and Family,

Please accept our sympathy for the passing of your father. He was a great man and had such a great sense of humor which brought laughter to many.

Mr. Habermehl was so helpful to us when we bought our first home. He and Margaret were a great team and taught us many (buying/selling) techniques that we have continued to use over the years. He'll be missed.
