Robert "Bob" Paul Gillan's Obituary
Robert was preceded in death by his wife: Viola Marie "Tiny" Gillan, and his parents: Clarence and Dorothy, nee Rose Gillan. He is survived by his daughter: Polly (Mike) Edwards, son: Jeffrey (Molly) Gillan, grandchildren: Rachael Edwards, Lydia Edwards, Jennifer Gillan and Robert Gillan, three sisters: Betty Eakle, Barbara (Donald) Weber and Carolyn (Felix) Gutierrez, a brother: Buddy (Neva) Gillan, mother-in-law: Marie Koehler and his God children: Shaun (Becca) Kohlenberger and Shannon Kohlenberger. He is also survived by other relatives and friends. Robert worked at Brown Shoe Company in St. Louis, MO. for 23 years and then later was a mail carrier retiring after 21 years, working most of those years in Millstadt. He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, IL., and he was a United States Air Force Veteran.
