Robert was preceded in death by his great grandparents and two cousins. He is survived by his mother and step-father: Jacqueline (Andrew) Kirchhoefer, his father: Robert A. Phegley Sr., his sisters: Krystal (Darell) Chamberlain and Alexis Carmack, his nephew: Riley Chamberlain, his grandparents: Ray & Betty Nast and Kathy Phegley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the Family.
