Mrs. Lake is survived by her sister-in-law: Rita McLain of Dupo, IL., her nieces: Kathy Johnson of Scottsdale, AZ., Peggy Heinrich of Houston, TX., Lori Grove of Dupo, IL., & Tammy McLain of Centralia, IL., her nephew: Kevin McLain of Troy, IL., and also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made American Cancer Society.
