Rita Kay Cindrell's Obituary
Rita Kay Cindrell, nee Ivy, 64, of Millstadt, Ill. Born, March 3, 1952 in East St. Louis, Ill, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016 at her home.
Rita started teaching in 1978 for the Dupo Community School District where she taught pre-school and early childhood development, and retired in 2012 after 34 years.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Roy C. “Bo” and Eva Mae, nee Pentecost, Ivy and her brother-in-law, Norman Plaisted.
Rita is survived by her husband, Steven Cindrell, her son, Joshua (Sarah) Cindrell, her grandchildren, Allison and Tiffany Cindrell, her two sisters, Lisa Plaisted and Tina (Bill “Scrap”) Jenkins. She is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 4:30 to 10:00 p.m. at The Falls Reception and Conference Center (300 Admiral Weinel Blvd Columbia, IL. 62236) with Rev. Matt Friz, officiating. The Memorial Service will begin at 5:00 p.m.
