Mr. Browne was born in Marion, IL, son of the late F. Earl and Augusta Ellen (Penrod) Browne.He was a retired switchman from T.R.R.A., some 37 1/2 yrs. of service. He was a member of Columbia Blue Lodge #474 AF & AM, Citrus Valley Nondenominational Church, McAllen, TX, where he spent his winters, Lacefield Music Organ Club, St. Louis, MO, and :Show-Me L.I.F.E." Organ Club, St. Louis, MO.He served in the U.S. Navy and was a Veteran of WW II.
