Mr. Muncy was preceded in death by his wife: Lorraine M., nee Garner, Muncy, his parents: Matt & Emma, nee Hall, Muncy, his son-in-law: Woody Allen and his sister: Nadine Vaughn. Mr. Muncy is survived by his children: Charles W. (Lisa) Muncy of St. Louis, MO., Gary A. (Sandye) Muncy of Chesterfield, MO. & Gail Allen of Dupo, IL., his grandchildren: Charles Muncy, Matt Muncy, Sean Muncy, Kelly Warner, Charles Rakhaus & Reggie Allen, he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, other relatives & friends. Mr. Muncy retired as Chief Master Sargent from the United States Air Force and later worked & retired from the civil service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and also was an alderman for the City of Moline Acres, MO. for 10 plus years. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
