He was preceded in death by his parents: James Roy & Alma, nee Schlemmer, Hasty, his brothers: Richard Hasty, Alfred Hasty & Thomas Hasty, his sisters: Bertha Foutch, Shirley Waters & Betty Knoll. He is survived by his wife: Virginia, nee Hood, Hasty, his brothers: Norman (Shirley) Hasty of Georgia, Art Hasty of Donaphin, MO. & Donald (Madge) Hasty of Arkansas, his nieces & nephews: Laurie (Mark) Bradley, Bryan (Jennifer) Hood, Shannon Hood, Carolyn Evanicky & Michael (Kim) Hood, he is also survived by other relatives & friends. Raymond was a member of the American Legion Post 485 in Dupo, IL. He was a United States Army Veteran. He retired from MOPAC/UP Railroad as a clerk. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in East Carondelet, IL.
