Randal was preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Rutledge, nee Carron, his uncle, Randy Cobb and his Step-grandfather, Norbert Leible. He is survived by his parents, Scott and Teri, nee Rutledge, Cobb, his sister, Kelly L. Cobb, half-brother, Timothy ôTJö Cobb, his niece, Brooklynn N. Cobb, his grandmother, Betty Leible, his grandfather Buck Tolbird, and his special friend, Kelsey Dodson, he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. At the request of Randal's family, memorials may be made to them.
