Rachel Blanche Kocher, 31, formerly of Columbia, IL, born May 20, 1974, died Sunday, March 5, 2006 at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
She was a 1992 graduate of Gibault Catholic High School and also graduated from La Plante Beauty School. She was employed at Salon Elle in Chesterfield, MO. Rachel lived life to the fullest and brightened the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
