Phillip Edward "Phil" Zeigler's Obituary
Phillip Edward “Phil” Zeigler, 81, of Red Bud, Ill., born July 29, 1935 in Anna, IL., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Red Bud Regional Hospital in Red Bud, Ill.
Phil was a 3rd generation Mason and his son Tony is a 4th generation Mason. He was a member of the Emeth Lodge 1030 A.F. & A.M. in Cahokia and he also attending at the Red Bud Masonic Lodge 427. He was a United States Army Veteran.
He had worked for Wonder Bread, Kas and Lance. He was still working for Home Sweet Home Reality. He enjoyed real classical literature and movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Lillian Zeigler.
He is survived by his son, Anthony “Tony” William Franklin Zeigler, his daughter, Cynthia Ellyn (Patrick) Leffler, his brother, Barry Kent (Wilma) Zeigler and his sister, Charlotte (Carl) Wilkins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, Ill.
Funeral Service will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, Ill., with Rev. David Krueger, officiating.
Mr. Zeigler will be cremated after the service and inurnment will take place at Anna City Cemetery in Anna, Ill.
