Pearl A. Halleran's Obituary
Pearl A. Halleran, 90 years, of Columbia, IL, passed away on April 8, 2017 at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born April 11, 1926, in Fults, IL, daughter of the late Henry and Augusta, nee Hoffmann, Mueller. She was married to the late Michael I. Halleran. They were married August 30, 1969, in Columbia, IL. He had passed away April 19, 2010.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, and the American Legion Post 581 Auxiliary, Columbia, IL. She had worked as a Personnel Record Keeper at Famous Barr, St. Louis, MO, with over 37 years of service.
Surviving are sisters-in-law, Helen (Ralph) Mueller, and Leona (Vernon) Halleran, 2 step-grandchildren, 2 step-greatgrandchildren, many nieces and nephews, greatnieces and greatnephews, great-greatnieces and greatgreat-nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Ardell (Lorenzo) Vogt, Mildred (Arthur) Berneking, and Twila (Theodore) Hankammer, brothers, Nelson (Viola) Mueller, and Ralph Mueller, and a brother in infancy, Robert Mueller
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Lawlor Funeral Home, Columbia, IL. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home, with Pastor Bob Goddard, officiating. Interment will follow in the Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, Waterloo, IL.
