Paul was a member of The 1st Baptist Church Dupo, IL. He was a retired educator from O'Fallon Township High School, O'Fallon, IL. Paul had served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of WW II. He was married to Dolores, nee Marlen, Koblitz. They were married on December 17, 1949, in Dupo, IL.
