Paul Turner Cowsert Sr., 37 years of Red Bud, IL., passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Red Bud Regional Hospital in Red Bud, IL. Paul was born January 19, 1982 Belleville, IL.
Paul was a manager for McDonalds. He was a member of Hope Christian Church in Columbia, IL. where he volunteered at the Food Pantry. He played high school football, enjoyed watching wrestling, St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Rams and listening to country music. His greatest joy was playing with his children.
Surviving are his wife, Kendra Cowsert, nee Williams, his mother, Regina Cowsert, nee Johnson, his children, Paul Cowsert Jr., Savannah Cowsert, Landon Cowsert & Payton Cowsert, and Abagail Cowsert due on Paul's birthday, January 19th, his siblings, Kenneth Cowsert, Mandy Ruger & Christian (Corie) Cowsert, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd E. Cowsert and his grandparents.
Life Celebration services will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Hope Christian Church in Columbia, IL, with his brother Christian, officiating.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Kendra Cowsert in care of Hope Christian Church.
