Paul was preceded in death by his parents: John George and Lillian, nee Schnell, Arras, Sr., and his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife: Margaret, nee Larson, Arras, son Clinton J. Arras, daughters Delline Busby, and Connie Horn, grandchildren Blake (Marilyn) Horn, Benjamin J. (Rachel) Horn, Benjamin Kyle (Allison) Busby, Jeremy Busby, and four great-grandchildren Dawson, Jaylin, Ashtyn, and Benjamin. Paul was a member of Christian Assembly Church in Millstadt. Paul was a retired assembly line worker for General Motors in St. Louis, MO Memorials may be made to the Christian Assembly Church.
