Patti S. Midgley's Obituary
Patti S. Midgley, 70 years of Baldwin, IL, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at her home. She was born June 16, 1954, in Belleville, IL.
Patti was a retired nurse having worked at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Red Bud Regional Hospital and Sparta Community Hospital. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Red Bud, IL. Patti enjoyed horseback riding, she loved the water and enjoyed swimming and fishing.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Leroy E. Midgley, her daughter, Shanna Midgley, her son, Michael (Pamela) Midgley, her grandchildren, Makenna Midgley and Andrew Dover, her sisters, Karen (Robert) Taylor, Vicki (Charles) Kingsley and Margaret Ann (Randy Sr.) Habel, her father-in-law, Edward Midgley, along with nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Maryann, nee Plummer, Loeffler and her mother-in-law, Lois Jean Midgley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, at St. Peter U.C. of C. in Red Bud, IL, with a memorial service will beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Cory Hartz, officiating.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Belleville Area Humane Society, 1301 S. 11th St.,, Belleville, IL 62226 .
