Patricia Anne Swanner, 64 yrs., of Waterloo, IL, passed away at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. She was born in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of the late Elmer and Helen (Hunt) Moore. Patricia had worked with the Job Corps of Texas, where she helped troubled young people better their lives. She lived a Christian life and never knew a stranger. Patricia loved adventure and travel.
