I am very late in signing this guest book, but I want to say that I am very saddened to learn of Mrs. Hoggard's passing. I have missed seeing her at the grocery store and will continue to miss her. She had the most unforgettable smile and was unfailingly pleasant and personable. She seemed to have a tremendously good heart, was unassuming, down-to-earth and, as someone has already said, a real lady. I know that her family, friends and co-workers must miss her very much. May she rest in peace.
