Oscar Mills McGuire, 94, of Columbia, Illinois, passed away at de Greeff Hospice House, St. Louis, MO. He was born in Celeste, Texas, the son of the late Fred and Hope (Mills) McGuire. He had worked at Mobil Oil Corp., East St. Louis, Illinois, Refinery. He was married to Sarah (O'Guinn) Reis McGuire, who survives him. They were married on August 19, 1978, at Dupo, Illinois.
