Case, her parents: John & Daisie Mae, nee Bitticks, Fields, her brothers & sisters: Hattie, Gertrude, Lucy, Laura, Bessie, Arthur, Dale, & Cleo Fields. Opal is survived by her children: Donald (Glenda) Case & Robert (Lillian) Case, her grandchildren: Alan (Sharyn) Case, Christine (Dwayne) Smith & Todd Case, her great grandchildren: Deanna Case, Kelly Case, Shauna Case, Drake Smith, & Alivia Case, she is also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Donor's Choice.
