Mr. Woodard was a retired laborer and was a member of the Laborer's union #110, St. Louis, MO, AFL-CIO.He was an Army Veteran of WW II and a 50 yr. member of the American Legion Post #581, Columbia, IL.His wife, the late Lorraine L. (Grob) Woodard, precedes him in death. They were married Aug. 2, 1946, in St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL.
