Norman is survived by his wife of 35 years: Debra, nee Lingle, Arras, his children: Julie (Curt) Crossley of Columbia, IL., Jonathan (Erica) Arras and Amanda Arras of Smithton, IL., his parents: Harry and Betty Arras and his sister: Myra (Ray) Hartgrove, his father-in-law: Roy Lingle, his nieces: Kim (Adam) Shaw and Valerie Henson, his grandchilren: Emily, Curtis, Thomas, and Grace Crossley, he is also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the family.
