He was preceded in death by his parents: William & Irene, nee Daum, Schneider, his sister: Irene Huber & his brother: William Schneider. He is survived by his sisters: Linda (Jim) Siner of Dupo, IL., Janet (Bob) Van Hoose of Columbus, OH., Carol (William) Mooney of Festus, MO. & Jean (Roy) Illert of Dupo, IL., and his special friend: Brad Sloan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Norman was a United States Army Veteran. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children.
