Mr. Chamberlain was preceded in death by his father: George Chamberlain, mother and step-father: Ethel Lee and Walter Pulse, his brothers: Harold & Ernie Chamberlain, his sister: Wanda Spicker, his mother-in-law & father-in-law: Cecilla and Edward Kozuszek, and his great granddaughter: Taylor Huebner. Mr. Chamberlain is survived by his loving wife of 34 years: Eileen Chamberlain, nee Kozuszek, his children: Doris (Terry) Kipping of Waterloo, IL., Kevin (Donna) Kujawa of Waterloo, IL., Kenneth (Tammy) Kujawa of Waterloo, IL., & Kelly (Will) Odum of Millstadt, IL., his grandchildren: Greg (Heather) Kipping, Chris (Dave Jr.) Otten, Melissa (Bill) Huebner, Chad (Jenny) Kujawa, Brandi Kujawa, Heather Kujawa, Casey Odum, Connor Odum and Jacob Kujawa, he is also survived by his 8 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives & friends. Mr. Chamberlain was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Memorials may be made to St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, IL., in the form of a donation or a mass or to Jefferson Barracks Hospice.
