Mrs. Thies is preceded in death by her parents: Emmanuel (Orbie) Kenon, nee Brawer & her loving husband of fifty two years: Elbert L. "Lee" Thies. Mrs. Thies is survived by her brother: Carl Dean (Liz) Kenon of McDonough, GA., her sisters: Ruth (Donald) Schilling of Lexington, KY. & Barbara (William) Rathjen of Indianapolis, IN., her brother-in-laws: Edward (Fern) Thies of New Athens, IL. & Max Vancil, her sister-in-law: Lucille Thies, and numerous nieces, nephews, many friends & neighbors in Dupo, IL. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Donor's Choice.
