Neil L Reeves' Obituary
Neil L Reeves, 88 years of Evansville, IL, passed away on May 8, 2018 at Red Bud Regional Healthcare Center in Red Bud, IL. He was born July 29, 1929, in Caledonia, MO.
Neil retired as a Saw Mill Operator and loved spending time with his family.
Surviving are his daughters, Cindy (Dave) Lutman, Rhonda (Jim) Sheridan, Vicki (George) Bennett, Robin Hanebutt (special friend Tom Peterson), Deborah (Paul) Renois, sons, Larry Reeves (special friend Dede), Randy Reeves (special friend, Chrissy), Roger (Annette) Reeves, Mike Reeves, Don Reeves (special friend Renee), Bill Reeves (special friend Ruth), 21 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, along with many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, LaVern, nee Cheek, Reeves, parents, Carl and Nellie, nee Harbison, Reeves, grandson, Oren Reeves-Tucker, great-grandson Brady Giglotto, brother, Albert Reeves, 2 sisters, Louise Wilson and Leome Doris
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 12, 2018, from 3 - 7 p.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL. Services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL., with Pastor Art Dickerson officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date in Hecker City Cemetery.
At his request, Neil will be cremated following services.
