Annie was preceded in death by her real parents: Murphy & Ann Hadley and foster parents: Walter & Martha Sappington, her brothers: Dale, Ray, Jim, & Paul, and her sister: Brenda J. Alsbury. She is survived by her sisters: Ronda (Jim) Reynolds of S. Carolina, Gail Hadley of California, & Karen Lenz of Machesney Park, IL., her aunt: Mary Hooper of Granite City, IL., many nieces & nephews, too numerous to mention, her friends, best buds: Lelia, Linda, Mary C., Kay, John, Gene, Gia, Teresa, Darrell, Pat & Nancy and their families. At Annie's request, cremation was held. Memorials may be made to Unity Hospice.
