Natalie Kay Thom's Obituary
Natalie Kay Thom, 4, of Millstadt, Ill., born, July 15, 2012 in Everett, WA., passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur, MO.
Natalie is survived by her parents, Jeremy and Brooke Thom, her sister, Hayden Thom, her grandparents, Jeffrey and Tamara Thom and Kathleen (Rick Williamson) Brewer, her great grandparents, Gilbert and Dorothy Brewer, Robert Thom and Geraldine Smith, her aunts, Angela (Jesse McKenzie) Sherman, Carly (Tim) Zilber, her favorite cousin, Rebecca Williams, her aunts Danielle and Lauren Thom.
To honor Natalie’s life the family requests that for everyone wear bright colors to her service of celebration. Natalie’s favorite color was purple.
Memorials may be made to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Friends of Kids with cancer or to St. Louis Children’s Hospital. For those who wish,you may also donate to the Natalie Thom Memorial Fund, in care of the First National Bank of Waterloo, 601 W. Washington St., Millstadt, IL., 62260.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, IL.
Funeral services will on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill., with Pastor, Dennis Jones, officiating.
Cremation services will be held following the funeral.
