Mildred "Mitze" Hogan's Obituary
Mildred "Mitze" Evelyn Hogan, nee DeRousse, 98 years of Red Bud, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Red Bud Regional Care Center in Red Bud, IL. She was born January 4, 1925, in Waterloo, IL.
Mildred was an active member of St. Peter United Church of Christ in Red Bud, IL. She was a former Eastern Star member, Red Bud Regional Hospital Auxiliary member, Red Bud Women's Club, she also worked at the family jewelry store and she kept books.
Surviving are her daughters, Patricia (John) Horrell of Red Bud, IL., and Karen (Roger) Nacker of Madison, WI, her grandsons, Brian (Kristy) Nacker of Middleton, WI, Gregory Nacker of Minneapolis, MN, Nick (Shannon) Horrell of Red Bud, IL., and Luke (Allison) Horrell of Red Bud, IL., her granddaughter, Jennifier (Dominic) Landretti of Middleton, WI, 6 Great Grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Arnold Edwin Hogan, her granddaughter, Amy Lynn, her parents, Louis P. Bertha E., nee Siegel, DeRousse, and two brothers, Theron (Verna) DeRousse and Alfred (Nadine) DeRousse.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter United Church of Christ in Red Bud, IL., Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at St. Peter United Church of Christ in Red Bud, Il., with Pastor Cory Hartz, officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Peter's United Church of Christ Cemetery in, Red Bud, IL.
