Melvin C. Morgan, 76 yrs., of Millstadt, IL, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of the late Melvin O. and Alta L. (Turner) Morgan. Melvin was a retired Civil Servant, and had served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the St. Clair Lodge # 24, A.F. & A.M., Belleville, IL. He was married to the late Patricia Olinda Rose (Fidler) Morgan. She had passed away on December 26, 2011.
