Melvin L. Frierdich , 79 years, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, and formerly of Columbia, Illinois, passed away at Riverview at the Park Rehabilitation Center, Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. He was born in Columbia, Illinois, the son of Raymond and Mary (Menner) Frierdich. He had been a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, Illinois. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was a member of the American Legion Post, Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
