Mrs. Pentecost is survived by her son: William (Ruth) Pentecost of St. Louis, MO., her grandsons: Barry W. (Kathy) Pentecost, David M. (Diane) Pentecost, & Jeffery B. (Lisa) Pentecost, her great grandchildren: Ryan, Kayla, Amber, Veronica, Chandler, & Mallory, also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
