Mary Ann (Motil) Gnojewski, 89 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born in Granite City, IL, the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Darko) Motil. Mary had been an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Granite City, IL, where she had been an expert pie maker, worked in the library, and helped clean the church. She was married to the late Leonard S. Gnojewski. They were married on July 5, 1941, at Granite City, IL. He had passed away March 24, 2010.
