Marvin L Morton's Obituary
Marvin L Morton, 87, of Dupo, IL., born January 16, 1929 in Burlington Junction, MO., passed away, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in Columbia IL.
Marvin was preceded in death by his beloved wife Virginia “Jean”, nee Hoffman, Morton, his parents John and Crystal, nee Bartlett, Morton, his brothers, Robert and Donald Morton, and sister, Louise Deen.
He is survived by his daughter, Norma Jean Good, grandchild, A.J. Davis, sisters, Pauline (Bob) Jones, Lena (Ron) Purcell, and brother Norman Morton.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Parkinsons Research.
Per his wishes, Marvin will be cremated with a memorial service to be held Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Matt Friz officiating.
