Mrs. Fromme was born in Waterloo, IL, on April 14, 1937, daughter of the late Herman and Adelia Goessling, nee Wagner. She was employed as a systems anaylst for U.S. Bank, St. Louis, MO, attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Coumbia, IL and had been very active in supporting the Columbia Volunteer Fire Department.
