Marie F Gass' Obituary
Marie F. Gass, nee Rickard, 81, of Waterloo, Ill., born, June 21, 1934 in St. Louis, MO., passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Oak Hill in Waterloo, Ill.
Mrs. Gass worked for USDA as a contract administrator. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Floraville, Ill.
Mrs. Gass was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gass, her parents, Arthur & Lydia, nee Muskopf, Rickard, her sister, Elsie Kirkleis and her brother, Edward Rickard.
Mrs. Gass is survived by her daughter, Sandra Gass, her son, Steven Gass, her grandchildren, Taylor (Brittany) Schaltenbrand, Stephanie (Adam) Garner, Cody Gass & Mariah Gass, her great grandchildren, Liam Garner, Lucas Garner & Cache Schaltenbrand, her sister-in-law, Cathy Rickard and many other nieces, nephews, friends & family.
Memorials be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ or American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Strauss-Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill.
Funeral services will be on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Strauss-Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill., with Rev. Matt Friz, officiating.
Burial will be in St. Paul United Church of Christ Cemetery in Floraville, Ill.
