Margaret L. "Peggy" Stumpf, 78, of Columbia, Illinois, passed away at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Harry and Ruth (Hammer) Rheine. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL. She was married to Harvey W. Stumpf, who survives her. They were married on February 17, 1951, at Clayton, MO.
