Marcia A. Lappin, 72 years of Columbia, IL, passed away on June 26, 2023 in Columbia, IL. She was born June 12, 1951.
Marcia was retired from Coinco, St. Louis, Mo, where she had worked as a quality control inspector.
Surviving are her daughter, Tammy Crouch of Maplewood, MO, son, Richard C. ( Kimberly) Crouch of Columbia, IL; grandchildren, Adam Crouch, Landon Crouch, Dane Jordon, Madison Crouch, Clay Mann, and Sara Mahelona; great-grandson, Daniel; along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Zula, nee Allen, Dobson; 2 brothers and a sister.
Per Marcia's request, she will be cremated. There will be no services.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to City of Columbia Parks and Recreation - Memorial Tree Program, 208 S. Rapp, Columbia, IL, 62236.
