Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband: Steve Lewis, her daughter: Stephanie (David) Miller of Highland, IL., her grandchildren: Emily & Allison, her father: Michael (Pearl) Halleran of Columbia, IL., her mother: Wilma Stair of Fredericktown, MO., her sisters: Michelle Deering of St. Louis, MO. & Jaime Rodawald of Collinsville, IL., her aunt: Sandy (John) Hammond of Fredericktown, MO., also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Children's Hospital.
