Ms. Denison was born on a farmstead near Virgil, S.D., daughter of the late Cecil and Pearl V. (Luckey) Eggleston. She had retired from Farmer's Merchant Bank, Huron, S.D., and moved to Columbia, IL, in 1985, with her late husband, Virgil M. Denison. She had been a cook at American Legion Post #581, Columbia, IL, and was a Red Cross Blood Drive Volunteer for over 20 years.
