Lisa E. Sumpter's Obituary
Lisa E. Sumpter, 50 years, of Dupo, IL, passed away on February 14, 2018, at Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur, MO. She was born April 27, 1967, in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Arthur H. and Dorothy L., nee Goebel, Heberer. She was married to Jerry L. Sumpter, who survives her. They were married October 8, 1994, in St. Louis, MO.
Lisa was a faithful member of Bluffview Christian Center, Dupo, IL. She was the manager of the Columbia (IL) Lakes Apartments, where she was loved as a cheerful and helpful advocate for the residents.
Also, surviving are her son, Robby Mack; grandson, Rykin Mack; brother, Louis C. Hardin; two sisters, Cathy H. (Michael) Reilly, and Teri (Keith) Mack; sister-in-law, Linda Hardin, along with other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Larry and Robert Hardin, along with a sister, Donna Ewing.
Friends may gather and celebrate Lisa's life on Sunday, February 18, 2018, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Lawlor Funeral Home, Columbia, IL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, February 19, at Bluffview Christian Center, 201 Richard, Dupo, IL, with Rev. Ronald Hebel, officiating. Interment will follow in the Evangelical St. Paul Cemetery, Columbia, IL.
