OBITUARY
Linda L. Ross
Linda L. Ross, 76 years old of Belleville, IL, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2019 at her residence with family by her side. She was born October 8, 1942, in St Louis, MO.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing, watching a few favorite game shows and reality shows, and spending time with family. Linda retired from First Bank of Belleville in 1996. She was a member of St. Matthew's Methodist Church in Belleville, IL.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Leroy Ross Sr.; Four Daughters, Diana (Gary) Weisenborn, Deborah (Edward) Swiney, Donna (Bob) Jackson, Carolyn Ross; her son, Leroy Ross, Jr.; her sister, Sharon (Ken) Spencer; her brother, Fred Meyer; her five grandchildren, Justin (Stacie) Bennett, Gerald (Allison) Bennett, Kristin Phillips, Thomas (Tabitha) Phillips, Alana Wiechert; her great-grandchildren, Xavier, Kyron, Aurora Singleton, Kooper, and Eli Phillips; her dear nephew, David Leimkiller; her sister in law, Loretta Painter; many dear cousins and friends; and her precious Yorkie companion, Chip.
She was preceded in death by her father, Norvel (Alberta) Meyer; her aunt and uncle, Tootsie & Ervin (Shorty) Fox.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Leesman Funeral Home - Millstadt, IL, and one hour prior to services on Thursday. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, August 8, 2019, at Leesman Funeral Home - Millstadt, IL, with Rev. Larry Patton officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
