Leo F. Sander, 91 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Oak Hill Care Center, Waterloo, IL. He was born in Columbia, IL, the son of the late William and Josephine (Weilbacher) Sander. Leo had worked at the William Vogt Company, Columbia, IL, as a buyer with Robertson's Farm Supply, East St. Louis, IL - over 30 yrs. of service, and later as a buyer with Sander Auto Electric, Columbia, IL, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where he had served as an usher for many years, Columbia Gymnastic Assoc. - Life Member, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree - Fr. Charles Hellrung Assembly #1529, Waterloo, IL, and Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree - George R. Kutterer Council #6165, Columbia, IL. He was married to the late Evelyn (Kernan) Sander. They were married on June 30, 1962, at St. Louis, MO. She had passed away June 5, 2012.
