Mr. Kossina was preceded in death by his parents: John W. and Louise, nee Luber, Kossina and 10 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife: Bernice, nee Herrling, Kossina, son: Jay (Kathy) Kossina, daughters: Judy (Daniel) Simmons and June (Arthur) Baumgartner. Grandchildren: Jessica & Ian Kossina, Joshua, Charles, Katherine and Michael Simmons, Great grandchildren: Trevor Simmons, Preston & Briana Buffington. Brother: Robert Kossina, Sisters-in-law: Bertha, Lorraine & Kossina. Also survived by many other relatives, friends and neighbors. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Millstadt Union Fire Company.
