LaVern L Hoock's Obituary
LaVern L "Chick" Hoock, 86 years of East Carondelet, IL, passed away on January 4, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born June 19, 1932, in St. Clair County, IL.
LaVern was a laborer at Midwest Rubber in Sauget, IL. He was a member of the American Legion Post 485, Dupo IL, Moose Lodge 423, Cahokia, IL Columbia Sportsmans Club, Columbia, IL.
Surviving are Two Daughters, Deborah Snell, Teresa Hewlett; Two Grandsons, Timmy Snell, Matthew Snell; Two Granddaughters, Siera Brewer, Amber Hewlett; 7 Great-Grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his; Parents, Edwin and Elizabeth, nee Vemillon, Hoock; Brother, Richard Hoock; Sister-In-Law, Marcella Hoock; Sister, Delores Kuehner; Special Friend, Betty Daniel.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 9 - 11 a.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL. Services will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11 a.m., with Father Linus Umoren officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
