Mr. Pulcher is survived by his daughter: Laurie (David) Goodhart of Arnold, MO., his sons: Richard (dear friend: Charlene French) Pulcher of Dupo, IL., & Jonathon Pulcher of Highridge, MO., his grandchildren: Natalie, Colin, Zoe, Christopher, Shelby, and Audrey., his parents: Lloyd (Patty) Pulcher of Columbia, IL., his brothers: Gary (Toni) Pulcher & Dan (Laurie) Pulcher, he is also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's.
