Kurt L. Jehling, 66 years of Columbia, IL, passed away on December 6, 2018 at his residence in Columbia, IL. He was born July 2, 1952, in East Saint Louis, IL. He was married to Angela, nee Janson, Jehling, who survives him. They were married May 10, 1983, in Columbia, IL.
Kurt was retired from Koerber Distributing, Waterloo, IL.
Also surviving are his son, Jesse (Sarah) Jehling of Columbia, IL; mother, Bertha, nee Eckert, Jehling of Columbia, IL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and June Janson of Columbia, IL; brother-in-law, Brett (Ami) Janson of Peoria, IL; along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene J. Jehling and brother-in-law, Scott Janson.
A Celebration of Kurt's life will be held at Tiny's Pub and Grill, 602 N. Main St., Columbia, Il on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
