Kelly was my dearest friend. We lived next door to them for 25 years. I've known her since the day she was born. She always called me her second Mom
We have stayed so close over the years & I loved her with all my heart. I watched her grow up, get married, have her boys & then her grandkids who were her life. Our sympathy to Rick. We were so very sorry to hear about Kelly. She and I had become close friends this past year while we were both going through chemo treatments. She encouraged me and I tried to encourage her. Kelly was one of the dearest, kindest people we've had the privilege of knowing. We still have the beautiful baby quilt she made for our son 30 years ago. It's packed away, waiting for another generation to come along and enjoy it's warmth and comfort. That's just one example of Kelly's thoughtfulness. She was taken from us way too soon, and she will be terribly missed by all who knew her, but we are grateful for her time on earth and
the light she brought to our lives.

Sympathies to the whole family, I knew Kelly from Associated Bank days she was a very sweet person who always had a smile on her face, the world has lost a true gem. Prays for the family.
I don't seem to have just one stand out memory with Kelly, instead I'm filled with lots of treasured moments: laughing in the pool, eating snacks at the patio table, teaching our boys to swim at her house, buying a giant sucker for the boys while on vacation together, working side by side at Zahnow, Wednesday and Thursday work lunches, introducing her as my Mom in law and then explaining I am not actually married to either of her boys haha The list of memories is vast and I am so thankful for each one 💜
